About Me.jpg

Hi, I'm Marco Tepedino

I help people stop circling and start moving.

Not by pushing harder. Not by throwing motivation at the problem.
But by getting to what's really underneath it.
Because most people don't lack discipline. Sometimes, we're just stuck in patterns we don't fully understand yet.

I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro.
On paper, my path made sense. Electrical engineering degree. Corporate roles. International work. Stability.

In reality, it never quite felt like mine.I moved to Australia in my mid-20s thinking it would be a temporary chapter. Ten years later, I'm still building my life between two worlds. Somewhere along the way, life stopped being linear. Visas falling through, starting over in tiny little country towns. Pouring everything into building a business from scratch, just to finish it with more debt and trauma than I care to admit. Watching loved ones get sick while being on the other side of the world.

That kind of thing changes you. It strips away the idea that life is something we can fully control and forces us to actually deal with ourself.

Coaching wasn't part of the plan.

It started when my wife was going through a really tough time. She was in therapy, trying to make sense of things, but still stuck. Until a friend recommended she speak with a coach.

Within weeks, something radically shifted. Not slowly. Not subtly. Properly shifted.

I remember thinking: What the hell just happened here?

So I hired the same coach.

Not out of curiosity, but because I wanted to understand how change could happen that fast when everything else felt slow and heavy.

That experience changed the direction of my life.

I trained as a coach, started working with clients, and realised very quickly this was the work I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

Over time, working with people from different backgrounds, countries, and industries, one pattern became obvious:

People aren't stuck because they're lazy or unmotivated.

They're stuck because:

  • overthinking everything is what we're taught from a young age

  • chasing the wrong kind of goals - busyness isn't progress

  • or trying to force clarity instead of letting it emerge

From the outside, it looks like procrastination.
From the inside, it feels like being pulled in ten directions at the same time.

That's the space I work in.

I'm not big on hype and motivation.

I don't believe in pushing people harder than they can sustain. And I don't think more information is what most people need.

What I focus on is:

  • cutting through the noise

  • understanding what actually matters to you

  • and building momentum that doesn't fall apart in three months

Sessions aren't about quick wins or surface-level motivation. Most of the time, it feels like we're just talking. Until something clicks and suddenly things that felt heavy, confusing, or stuck start moving in a way that feels naturally right.

No forcing. No pretending. Just clarity and movement

I've been coaching since 2019, working with private clients across Australia, Brazil, the US and Europe.

Before that, I spent over a decade as an engineer and business owner, working in both structured corporate environments and unpredictable real-world settings.

I hold:

  • a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (telecommunications)

  • a MBA in WHSE Engineering

  • Graduate degrees in Leadership and Project Management

  • and I'm currently completing a Bachelor's in Psychological Sciences

Not because I love collecting qualifications, but because I want my work grounded in something real. Something that holds up beyond good conversations.

These days, I split my time between Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Sydney, Australia.

Partly for work. But mostly because life doesn't fit neatly into one place anymore.

I'm also working alongside my dad as he transitions into retirement, while continuing to build my coaching practice.

It's not the most conventional setup. But it's honest. And it works for me most importantly, it's worked for more than 200 clients.

If you're looking for:

  • someone to yell at you and push you harder

  • a rigid (7-steps) system to follow

  • or a version of yourself that looks good on paper

I'm probably not your guy.

But if you're ready to:

  • understand yourself better

  • move forward without forcing it

  • and build something that actually fits your life

Then we'll get along just fine.

At the end of the day, this work isn't about goals. It's about how you experience your life while you're pursuing them.

Because when we feel clearer, lighter, and more grounded, we show up differently. At work, in our relationships, in the way we move through the world.

And that changes more than just your own life.

I've coached clients from the US, Australia, Brazil and Europe — founders, managers, creatives, athletes, and those simply finding their footing again.

If you're curious about what working together could look like, let's begin with a short conversation.
